From here recruiters control the current vacancies they have listed on the website, search the CV database.
Jobs management tools
The main jobs interface has a number of details that make
the process of posting jobs as simple and time efficient as possible.
- Sort jobs by date, ref. number, location or job title. Your preference is remembered and you can order ascending or descending.
- Find a job by reference number or keyword
- Options to delete, clone or edit jobs on the system, as well as the ability to temporarily suspend jobs.
- Checkboxes let the user perform bulk operations like wiping or re-dating on multiple jobs at once.
CV searching
Find CVs by number (find candidates you've looked at before) or use similar search tools to the front end job search. Our CV system allows the site administrator to allocate a rate at which CVs can be viewed (3 per day, 10 per 7-day period, etc.) which lets you prevent users from getting every CV when on a week's trial. Best of all, since the credits get refreshed after the time period specified, it's as low-maintenance to run as our slot-based jobs system.
Statistics
See which consultants' jobs have been viewed most and which have been
applied to most. Information for the present and last two months is
available together with totals for the agency.
Modify Client Profile
Every recruitment agency and employer on Parodia has a details about their company stored in a client profile. These details can be updated by the agency to ensure that they are current and accurate. They can even upload a logo that will be displayed by their jobs.
