Multilingual and/or Multi-Site Support
New with v6 of Parodia is the ability to support multiple language
versions of your job board, or alternatively support differently themed
versions of the sites for different industries or locations.
Languages
Parodia is initially shipped with support for up to 5 languages or
subsites. This can easily be extended where required. For each language or
subsite you can specify:
- a unique "skin" - the template on which Parodia's look and
feel is based. This enables you to have each site branded differently,
with the text localized for different countries or regions
- domain - this allows (for example) the UK site to run under a .co.uk
domain, but the German version of the site to run under .de
- different system email addresses, so for example, orders and
questions from your Spanish site can go to Spanish speaking staff,
whilst English orders go to English speaking staff.
- Different industries, regions, job status etc. Note that these can
also be shared between sites, so (for example) some UK regions could
be specified to appear on a French version of the site, but with those
regions translated into French
- Resumes are tagged as to what language they are created in.
Recruiters can have access to candidates from any language, or filter
to restrict to only resumes in one language.
NOTE: Cactusoft only ships Parodia in English. Multilanguage support is
built into the software, but clients would be responsible for translation.

Multi-Site Support
Instead of using the above support for multiple language versions of the
site, some clients may still take advantage of the functionality to create
"sub sites". For example, Parodia would support both a UK and US
version of the same site, with the same (or different if required)
industries, but different regions for each site (50 states in the US,
countries or regions in the UK).
