Job Site Ecommerce
The Parodia job board software has built in support for credit card payments. Companies wishing to place their vacancies on the website can create an account and pay online with a credit card. The account is created instantly so customers can start adding jobs within minutes.
At present we have support for the WorldPay payment gateway. We can provide support for other gateways if required.
Job Board Administration
Administration of the system is simple. The site owner creates any number of packages that can be purchased by customers. Each package can have varying numbers of job slots, CV viewing credits and whether the customer will appear on the featured companies page. Each package can be differently priced. These packages are created on the parodia backend using a web-based interface. New packages can be added at any time.
E-commerce
In order to purchase a package, a customer fills in a simple application form giving details about their recruitment agency or company, and select one of the available packages for purchase, and the number of days/weeks/months of service they wish to pay for. They are then passed to a credit card payment gateway to make payment.
Once payment it complete the account is created on the system and the customer is emailed a username and password. The account expires automatically after the time that has been paid for has passed. The account is not deleted, and can be renewed again by an online credit card payment. When an account has expired the customer's vacancies are not displayed on the website and they don't have access to the CV database.
Copies of each payment are sent by email to the system administrator, and are available as a historical log for both customers and the site operator.
