This section of the Parodia system is where the site is run from. The site administrator can grant access to companies, allocate job slots and CV access to them, monitor and regulate the CV database and view a variety of stats.
Parodia lets you allocate 'slots' to each agency - slots represent a limit to how many jobs an agency can place on the system at any one time. Agencies can replace their jobs as often as they wish but they cannot post more jobs than they have slots. This slot-based approach also makes the administrator's job much easier. Agencies can be billed a flat rate for the number of slots they have rather than having to keep track of how many jobs they've posted.
CV access is controlled in a slightly different way. For each agency, a number of credits and a time period in days can be specified. So an agency may be allowed to view 10 CVs each 7 days, for example. Each time they try to view a CV, a check is made on how many they have viewed over the past (in this case) 7 days. If it is less than 10, they can view the CV, if it is 10 then they have to wait until a previous view drops out of the last 7 day period or they could request more credit. This way, you can give each agency the right amount of access without having to constantly allocate more credit to them. Their credits are replenished automatically with time.
Each agency's job adverts and CV access can be suspended separately and reinstated just as simply (in cases where fees are overdue, for example).
When you have a jobs site with hundreds of company accounts on, the last thing you need is a huge list to scroll through when trying to find one for editing. Parodia has an agency finder which lets you find companies on the system by ID number or keyword part of their title. Alphabetical quick links can also be used to bring up listings by the initial letter of the company name.
How many jobs, recruitment consultants, agencies, CVs are there? How up-to-date is the CV stock? How many job click-throughs and applications has each agency got over the past 12 months? What are the top 100 keywords used by candidates searching in any of the past 12 months? What locations or categories are people specifying in searches? If you want detailed statistics presented month by month with clear graphical breakdowns, it's all in the back-end stats section.
Most of the setup of Parodia can now be done from a databased system on the
backend. This includes changing mail server details (for when Parodia sends
mail), adjusting the number of featured agencies' banners which show on the
front of the site, the number of jobs showed on result pages, any text on any
page of the site... virtually everything can be changed from the backend
administration system, WITHOUT recourse to your system developer.
